Refund Policy

Due to the nature of formalwear rentals, all payments are final. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • A service error caused by Loaded Tux (e.g., wrong item or size delivered)

  • Documented quality issues that cannot be corrected before the event

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Client no-shows

  • Unused rentals

  • Garments returned late or damaged


Security Deposit Policy

  • A refundable security deposit of $100 is required for each tuxedo rental.

  • Deposits are returned within 5 business days after the garments are received, inspected, and approved for condition.



Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining the integrity of our booking system, we offer the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive a full credit toward a future rental (valid for 6 months).

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of pickup are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable due to reservation and fitting time already allocated.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • All tuxedo rentals must be returned no later than 12 PM the day after the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late returns are subject to a $50/day late fee.

  • In the event of sizing issues or garment concerns, exchanges may be made within 24 hours of pickup at no additional charge, provided the garments are unused and unworn.

  • Exchanges due to last-minute preference changes may incur a re-stocking fee of $30–$50 based on item availability.
