Refund Policy
Due to the nature of formalwear rentals, all payments are final. Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
A service error caused by Loaded Tux (e.g., wrong item or size delivered)
Documented quality issues that cannot be corrected before the event
Refunds are not issued for:
Client no-shows
Unused rentals
Garments returned late or damaged
Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $100 is required for each tuxedo rental.
Deposits are returned within 5 business days after the garments are received, inspected, and approved for condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining the integrity of our booking system, we offer the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive a full credit toward a future rental (valid for 6 months).
Cancellations made within 3–6 days of pickup are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable due to reservation and fitting time already allocated.
Return & Exchange Policy
All tuxedo rentals must be returned no later than 12 PM the day after the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late returns are subject to a $50/day late fee.
In the event of sizing issues or garment concerns, exchanges may be made within 24 hours of pickup at no additional charge, provided the garments are unused and unworn.
Exchanges due to last-minute preference changes may incur a re-stocking fee of $30–$50 based on item availability.
