Due to the nature of bridal wear and accessories, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to request a return authorization.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues on select items, excluding custom orders and accessories. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any difference in price for the exchanged item.v
